Watching it again yesterday before bed was just wonderful. I love how the characters have no major depth, its simplicity just makes it more believeable for me. Romantic movies always try too hard to show some major struggle because adversity is romantic right?

George and Ursala were just a man and a woman who fell in love and held on to each other once they realised that. It was inspiring, touching even. It wasn’t about sex or anything physical which they could have gone with you know with him being a jungle man. Just sweet how they cared about each other.

The scene where he asks her to dance is just .. perfect. And my god that song, I had to buy it. So yes, for me the most romantic movie I’ve ever watched.
