It’s so good, I don’t think I can do it justice. It looks just like I remember and hopefully I can convince my mother to donate the funds to creating this wonderful food because I honestly don’t think we have any dried anchovies in the house.
In her full recipe write up the chef comments that most street vendors use low quality fishcakes and to try and get better quality fishcakes. I’m sure whatever imports I’d be able to find will be low quality anyway, so yay for authenticity.
